Carbon Offset is not really a viable green solution. You can’t take away the Carbon dioxide you have emitted. The best Carbon Offset is not to use the carbon in the first place!

Whilst carbon mitigation is not carbon offset, it is an effective way of reducing the negative effect of the carbon dioxide that your unavoidable activities have released.

At the Made-Well plantation we have planted 3,000 willow trees, and at other sites around West Fishleigh  farm we have also planted over 200 various broad leafed  trees. Each one absorbs carbon dioxide as it grows and locks it up in the stems it produces.

We harvest the willow stems each year to make into baskets.
 
We intend to sell living willow bundles for you to plant in your garden and sell us back the willow you grow each year or better still come to one of our willow basket making days and create something of your own.
