There are many myths about employing somebody with a learning disability. Join us to hear why they are wrong. People with a learning disability can make great employees! Generally, they have lower sickness levels and stay in entry level jobs longer so can save employers money on recruitment. Team dynamics and overall performance have been known to improve as a result of employing someone with a learning disability. There are also financial, social and operational benefits.

If you would like to attend our Disability Confident Employer Event, please confirm your attendance by emailing laura.feaver@made-well.co.uk by Friday 10th May.

Many thanks for your consideration

Best wishes
